Free training is available to psychiatrists through online modules and live trainings. CME credit is also offered. Content is similar for both training sessions so you may choose to participate in one or the other based on your learning preferences and availability.

APA is offering free training in the Collaborative Care Model for psychiatrists as part of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI). MACRA Educational Support (Free to APA/APS Members)
The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) permanently repealed the old Medicare SGR formula and set in motion entirely new programs for quality reporting and new payment models. Visit the APA website for the Payment Reform Webinar Series.  This webinar series is designed to give psychiatrists the tools they need to succeed in Medicare’s new “Quality Payment Program” under MACRA.

Banner Grand Rounds Sponsored by the Department of Psychiatry at Banner Good Samaritan - University Medical Center Phoenix are held from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm on the scheduled Fridays in the Medical Education Amphitheatre (or other room noted on the flyer), at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, 1111 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, Arizona.
